I have uploaded PCSX2 0.9.8 here with all bios & Plugins to play PS2 games easily on PC. This is the source code of the 0.9.8 release of PCSX2 and its plugins, which are under the GNU/GPL license.
This is the 22nd release of PCSX2, released on 1-3-2011. If you do not see any choices for BIOS (like on this picture) this means you haven't installed your BIOS properly or maybe it had been dumped with errors (or missing some files). All plugins have versions in their names and it's easy to distinguish between the older and the newer ones. Go to Config =>Plugin/BIOS selector to select and configure the plugins PCSX2 will use. From here, you can change the settings or plugins used by PCSX2 as you see fit.
